• TOYOTA PROACE CITY SWB FITMENT – Designed for Toyota ProAce City SWB models from 2019 onwards, this storage system combines a raised false floor, integrated drawers and side racking for organised van storage.
• FULL-LENGTH RAISED FALSE FLOOR – The raised floor covers the load area from the bulkhead towards the rear doors, creating dedicated underfloor storage while maintaining a practical working load area above.
• THREE INTEGRATED DRAWERS – Includes 2 rear drawers and 1 wide side-door drawer for storing tools, equipment and smaller work items. Removable dividers are included for flexible internal organisation.
• DUAL SIDE RACKING SYSTEM – Includes driver-side Slim Kit and passenger-side Max Capacity Racking Kit, providing separate shelving areas for organising tools, storage boxes and work equipment.
• 12MM BEECH-FACED PLYWOOD – Manufactured from 12mm beech-faced plywood, the system provides a practical material for the raised floor, drawer and racking components used for van storage.
• 100KG DRAWER LOAD CAPACITY – The drawers are specified with a load capacity of up to 100kg and use sliding runners for opening and closing during everyday access to stored tools and equipment.
• REMOVABLE DIVIDERS INCLUDED – The rear and side drawers include removable dividers, allowing the internal storage layout to be adjusted for different tools, accessories and equipment.
• MORTISE AND TENON CONSTRUCTION – The system uses mortise-and-tenon joints as part of its construction and is supplied with the required brackets, fixings and step-by-step assembly instructions.
• REMOVABLE LOAD BARRIERS – Removable load barriers are included to help separate stored items within the van and provide additional organisation when transporting tools and work equipment.
