• TOYOTA PROACE CITY SWB FITMENT – Designed for the Toyota ProAce City SWB (L1) from 2019 onwards, this raised false floor system provides organised underfloor storage while keeping the main van floor available for bulky cargo.
• FULL RAISED FALSE FLOOR – The system creates a raised storage platform across the specified load area, providing space underneath for tools, equipment and other work essentials while retaining usable space above the floor.
• THREE INTEGRATED DRAWERS – Includes 2 rear-access drawers and 1 side-access drawer. The rear drawers can be accessed through the rear doors, while the side drawer provides access through the van side door.
• 100KG CAPACITY PER DRAWER – Each drawer is specified with a load capacity of up to 100kg and is fitted with sliding runners with integrated stops to help control drawer movement during use.
• REMOVABLE DRAWER DIVIDERS – Each drawer includes removable dividers that allow the internal layout to be adjusted according to the tools, equipment and storage items being carried.
• TWO REMOVABLE SUPPORT BARRIERS – The system includes 2 removable support barriers that can be installed when required to help separate and support items within the load area during transportation.
• 12MM BEECH-FACED PLYWOOD – Manufactured from 12mm beech-faced plywood, the false floor and drawer system provides a practical storage solution for trade vans and work vehicles.
• MORTISE AND TENON CONSTRUCTION – The system uses mortise-and-tenon joints as part of its construction, providing a structured assembly for the raised floor and integrated storage components.
• REAR AND SIDE ACCESS – The drawer arrangement provides access from both the rear doors and side door, allowing stored tools and equipment to be reached from different areas of the van.
