Give little builders a world of woodland creativity with the Melissa & Doug Blockables Woodland Friends Wooden Building Set. This colourful 16-piece set lets children snap, stack, mix and match solid wooden blocks to create four friendly woodland animals: a raccoon, bear, fox, and a distinctive porcupine with felt spikes. The easy-to-grasp blocks are designed for small hands, while the specially designed connectors push in and pull out with a satisfying snap. Children can follow the illustrated instructions to build the featured animals or use their imagination to combine the pieces into funny new creatures and original creations. Blockables offers hands-on, screen-free play that encourages children to explore construction, matching, and creative storytelling. As they connect and separate the pieces, children can also practice fine motor control, hand-eye coordination, problem-solving, and independent play. The Woodland Friends set is compatible with other Melissa & Doug Blockables pieces.
