Details

• 400MG SODIUM - DOSED TO WHAT YOU LOSE, NOT MAXED OUT ON THE LABEL: Some electrolyte products push sodium as high as possible to look stronger on paper. We dose to typical sweat loss per session, so you can stack sachets to match your own rate rather than over-consuming by default. 150mg potassium, 25mg magnesium (as bioavailable tri-magnesium citrate) complete the profile.
• KNOW YOUR NUMBER, NOT JUST OURS: Sweat sodium loss varies from person to person; roughly 200mg to over 2,300mg per litre. A single fixed high dose works for some athletes and over-shoots for others. Use our free fuelling calculator to find your range, then stack sachets to match it instead of guessing.
• PRECISION DOSING, NOT GUESSWORK: Mix one sachet with 500ml water before and after training or racing. During longer or high-intensity sessions, stack an additional sachet to match your sweat rate. Use our free online fuelling calculator for an exact plan built around your sport, session length and conditions.
• FORMULATED BY A 2X OLYMPIC CHAMPION: Co-founded by triathlete Alistair Brownlee, built on 20 years of racing at the top level, current sports science, and testing across 100+ elite athletes. The same formula elite athletes use to fuel training and racing worldwide.
• ZERO SUGAR, NATURALLY FLAVOURED: Watermelon and Mint, no artificial sweeteners, no crash. 20 sachets per box, pre-dosed, no scoops, no mess.
• INFORMED SPORT CERTIFIED, COMPETITION SAFE: Every batch tested for banned substances, so you can use it in training and on race day with confidence.
