In Manual Mode (HR), you can customize the pedal direction - forward or reverse and choose from 12 adjustable speed levels to achieve personalized fitness goals. The Automatic Mode (HP) is scientifically designed with preset programs of varying intensities: P1-P12.

Tip: The remote control needs to be aimed at the signal receiver located in the upper left corner of the control panel.
