Recco Helmet Rescue Reflector (Red)

Details

• Practical – a Recco reflector is a small, plaster-sized, electronic transponder that weighs less than four grams. It should be attached to your outdoor helmet or equipment that is unlikely to be torn off in an outdoor accident.
• Searchable in the mountains: If you are doing outdoor sports such as mountain biking, hiking, climbing or skiing, it is important to wear a Recco reflector. This Recco reflector technology makes you discoverable for more than 950 mountain rescue professionals worldwide.
• How does Recco work? - The Recco reflector responds to signals from a Recco detector, which helps locate the wearer in the event of an emergency outdoors.
• Recommended use: this Recco reflector is designed to be attached to your outdoor sports helmet. The reason for adding a reflector to your helmet is simple, if you are trapped in an emergency situation and you need help, it is easier for the Recco teams to locate your exact location.
• Use: 1. Apply the reflector to a smooth and fully cleaned surface high on the helmet at room temperature. 2. Press the reflector firmly to ensure complete contact over the entire surface. Wait at least 24 hours for the reflector to adhere properly to the surface.
