• 【7-LAYER PA/PE CO-EXTRUDED CONSTRUCTION】Made with a 7-layer co-extruded film structure featuring PE outer layers and a high-strength nylon (PA) middle layer. Approximately 0.256 mm thick with a liner weight of 580 ± 20 g.
• 【FITS 275 GALLON / 1000L IBC TOTES】Designed to fit standard 275 gallon / 1000L IBC totes. The liner measures approximately 1170 × 970 × 940 mm and creates a replaceable inner barrier between the stored material and the IBC tank, making it ideal for industrial storage, handling and transfer applications.
• 【PRE-FORMED 6" INLET & 2" OUTLET】Unlike basic liners that require openings to be manually tied or cut, this upgraded liner features a pre-formed approximately 150 mm (6") top inlet and 50 mm (2") bottom outlet for easier installation, filling and discharge.
• 【REDUCE IBC CLEANING & SUPPORT REUSE】The replaceable liner helps minimize direct contact between stored material and the inside of the IBC tank, reducing cleaning and maintenance work when the tote is reused. Suitable for general industrial liquid storage and material handling where the liner material is compatible with the contents.
• 【4-POINT POSITIONING FOR EASIER INSTALLATION】Four positioning points help secure and align the liner inside the IBC tote, making it easier to observe the liner position during installation and reducing unwanted shifting before filling.
