KastKing Spartacus II Plus Spinning Reel – IPX5 Waterproof Freshwater/Saltwater Fishing Reel, 22LB Drag, 5.2:1 Gear Ratio, 7+1 Stainless Steel

Details

• IPX5 WATERPROOF SEALING – Five Everseal rings help block water, spray, and grit to fight corrosion and keep the saltwater spinning reel running smooth. Great for rainy days, kayak fishing, surf, pier, and inshore use in both freshwater and saltwater.
• CARBON FIBER DRAG POWER – Tuned for your style: Size 500 and 1000 delivers 8.8 lb for finesse and light line, Size 2000 and 3000 provide 17.6 lb for confident hooksets, and size 4000 and 5000 pack 22 lb max drag to slow hard runs and land bigger fish.
• ULTRA-SMOOTH RETRIEVE – 7 MaxiDur double-shielded stainless steel ball bearings + 1 instant anti-reverse bearing deliver a consistent, butter-smooth crank with less friction under load. Instant anti-reverse removes back play for solid hooksets and better control.
• TOUGH GEARS, BALANCED 5.2:1 SPEED – The 5.2:1 gear ratio is a versatile sweet spot for bass, walleye, trout, catfish, and inshore species—enough speed to pick up line, enough torque to keep pressure on fish. Built with zinc alloy drive gear, brass pinion gear, and an oversized stainless main shaft for long-term durability.
• CAST FARTHER, MANAGE LINE BETTER – Patented anodized aluminum spool helps improve line flow for longer casts and cleaner line lay. D.S.S.R. (Double Sliding Stabilizing Rods) supports the main shaft for a stronger feel, smoother operation, and reliable performance trip after trip.
