Giro Insurgent Spherical Adult Full Face Cycling Helmet, Matte Charcoal, XL/XXL (59-63cm)

Details

• SPHERICAL, MIPS-POWERED TECHNOLOGY - Spherical Technology's ball and socket design, powered by Mips, helps redirect impact forces away from the brain by allowing the outer liner to rotate around the inner liner during a crash. It also eliminates contact with hard plastic or planes sliding against the skin.
• OPTIMIZED FRONT INTAKE VENTILATION - Giro engineers designed precise placement and shape of the intake vents to optimize the flow of cool air over riders' heads. Breakaway Visor Bolts - Tool-free visor bolts are designed with a built-in Allen key receiver for easy removal and replacement in the event of a crash.
• Maximized Rear Exhaust Ventilation - Giro complex wind tunnel ventilation system allows warm air to be an easy escape route from the rear of the helmet. Directional pressure system: in case of emergency, the cheek pads are easily removable without disturbing the position of the driver's head and neck.
• PATENT PENDING FLEXIBLE JOINT - The area along the lower edge of the helmet is designed to allow some flexibility, reducing the role a helmet can play in certain clavicle impacts. Immobility Camera Mount - The center hole of the visor bolt does double function as an ideal place to mount P.O.V. Action Cameras.
• Meets US CPSC Safety Standard for Bike Helmet for Persons 5 and Up
