FK Sports Adjustable Weighted Vest for Women and Men, 5kg-20kg Weight Vest

Details

• Adjustable Weighted Vest for Men & Women – Adds extra resistance to walking, running, rucking, HIIT and strength training. Make every workout more challenging at home, in the gym or outdoors
• Choose Your Weight: 5kg, 10kg, 15kg or 20kg – Choose from 5kg for lighter resistance up to 20kg for higher resistance. Every vest arrives with its full stated weight, ready to use
• Removable Weight Bags – Weight is split into small bags (approximately 15 x 5 cm) stored in pockets on the front and back. Remove bags to lighten the load and add them back as you get stronger – ideal for progressive overload

• Secure, Adjustable Fit – A front zip and adjustable buckle straps help hold the vest close to your body and minimise bouncing while you move. Vest size approximately 45 x 54 cm. Includes 1x FK Sports weighted vest with removable weight bags
