• The Daiwa 20 SALTIGA (G) 10000 P is a heavy-duty saltwater reel which has a monocoque body capable of holding much the stronger internal gearing components. It is machined from high-strength aluminium to provide unheralded strength and improved sealing. The single-piece construction improves the rigidity of the body assembly. Which when used under heavy loads against the ocean’s toughest predators, means 20 Saltiga delivers ultimate strength.
• The drive gear provides strength more than double that of its predecessor. The G1 Drive Gear is thicker with a newly designed Tough Digigear concept features larger and deeper cut teeth
• The rear cover design eliminates screws from the underside of the reel to improve against water intrusion. The cover is made from reinforced ABS to eliminate potential electrolysis with the aluminium body
• An Aluminium Air Rotor deliveres more than double the rigidity compared to the15 Saltiga and features a manual close bail arm
• The drag pressures have been increased to an 25kg (Kilograms) and the increased number of washers deliver ten times the drag durability compared to 15 Saltiga
• Improved cooling and heat dissipation thanks to its aluminium construction and increased size
