Details

• 【100PCS Replacement Set】Designed for shoe spikes replacement, the pack includes 100 silver steel track spikes and 1 spike wrench. Each spike is about 6.4 mm (0.25 in) long, with a threaded section about 5 mm (0.20 in) across and a weight of about 1.35 g. Suitable for repeated maintenance, kit bags and team equipment storage.
• 【Steel Pyramid Design】These athletics spikes use steel construction and tapered pyramid tips to help support traction and stable foot placement on permitted synthetic track surfaces. Suitable for regular replacement and repeated training use during sprint starts, track sessions and jumping practice, subject to venue rules.
• 【For Track and Field Training】These sprint spikes are suited to 100 to 400 m sprint sessions, jumping events, everyday track practice and permitted cross country training. A practical choice for athletes, runners, coaches, clubs and teams maintaining compatible footwear. Check local venue and event rules before use.
• 【Wrench for Easier Changes】These spikes for running shoes include a wrench for fitting and removal. Clear debris from the shoe socket, start each spike by hand and tighten moderately only after the thread engages smoothly. If you feel strong resistance, stop and recheck the thread and socket rather than forcing the spike into place.
• 【Use and Care Guidance】Before wearing spike shoes fitted with these replacements, confirm that the venue or event permits 1/4 inch spikes, and check for loose, worn or missing spikes before each session. Remove dirt and dry thoroughly after contact with rain, wet grass or mud. Avoid walking on wood, tile, concrete or other hard everyday surfaces.
