Warranty
The warranty applies to all product as a result of a manufacturing defect or material defect recognized as such by Aqualung. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use or if the equipment sold has not been maintained in accordance with the conditions stipulated in this guide. The warranty ceases if the product is modified by a person or workshop not authorized by Aqualung. Dive Center equipment is warranted for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase for defects in materials and/or workmanship provided the product is used properly and maintained according to our recommendations. The customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity. Under the conditions provided for by the applicable regulations, the legal guarantee of conformity covers the defects of conformity existing at the time of delivery, packaging, assembly instructions or installation. The customer who wishes to implement this legal guarantee of conformity can act within a period of two years from the delivery of the product. The customer can choose between repairing or replacing the good. The customer's choice may be rejected if the cost of repair or replacement is clearly disproportionate to the value of the goods or the extent of the defect. In the event that repair and exchange are impossible, the customer will be offered a full or partial refund. Any good repaired within the framework of the legal guarantee of conformity benefits from an extension of this guarantee of six months.
