Bloomsbury Children's Books Bad Mermaids Meet the Witches by Sibéal Pounder - World Book Day 2019 Paperback - Ages 7-9 - Funny Fantasy Crossover Adventure

Bad Mermaids Meet the Witches is a hilarious crossover adventure from Sibéal Pounder, bringing together the mischievous mermaids of her Bad Mermaids series with the spell-casting stars of Witch Wars. Once every hundred years, the Hidden Lagoon and Sinkville throw a joint celebration, but when a mermaid is swept unexpectedly into witch territory before the party even begins, chaos, magic, and mishaps quickly follow. Perfect for fans of funny, fast-paced fantasy, this pocket-sized paperback is an introduction to both beloved series. The story begins with the Top Witch greeting the Mermaid Queen, who arrives in a bathtub, and excitement fills the air on both sides.
