The Bathmate HydroXtreme 5 is the entry model in Bathmate’s premium range - for an erect penis length of 7.5-12.5 cm, with a detachable hand pump for maximum comfort and control. Why is the Bathmate HydroXtreme 5 hydropump a good choice? The HydroXtreme 5 is the “5” model in Bathmate’s premium range, designed specifically for users with an erect penis length of 7.5-12.5 cm, up to a maximum diameter of 4.8 cm. It is an ideal choice for those in the small-to-medium size category who want something more comfortable and controllable than the Hydromax 5. A major advantage of this range is the detachable hand pump (“handball”): you don’t have to squeeze the body of the pump itself, but instead you hold the ball-style hand pump in your hand and can increase the vacuum gradually and precisely. This makes use much more controlled and allows you to tailor your routine easily - as a beginner you can start gently and gradually, while as a more experienced user you can also achieve maximum pressure. Following the “Just Add Water” principle, you only need to fill it with warm water, and the natural force of the water creates even, tissue‑friendly pressure - unlike traditional air pumps, which often produce uneven and painful vacuum. Why customers like the Bathmate HydroXtreme 5 hydropumpDetachable hand pump (“handball”) - precise, gradual pressure control. For the small-to-medium size category - accurate fit for 7.5-12.5 cm erect length.New valve and hand pump - the most comfortable Bathmate model in this size.“Just Add Water” technology - you only need warm water, nothing else.Water-based pressure - even and gentle on the tissues.Shower- and bath-friendly - can be built into your daily routine.Skin-friendly, medical-grade materials - phthalate-free, dermatologically tested.2-year manufacturer’s warranty. What’s in the boxBathmate HydroXtreme 5 hydropump (clear)Detachable hand pump (“handball”) with hoseComfort insertInstructions for useProduct featuresModel: HydroXtreme 5Colour: clearUsable internal length: approx. 17 cmInternal diameter: approx. 5 cmRecommended user range: 7.5-12.5 cm erect penis length, max. 4.8 cm diameterPumping system: bellows + detachable hand pump (“handball”)Control: hand pump with gradual vacuum adjustmentMaterial: polycarbonate cylinder + TPE comfort insert, phthalate-freeWaterproof: suitable for shower and bathWarranty: 2-year manufacturer’sInstructions for useThe Bathmate water-based (hydro) penis pump can be used in the bath or under the shower.
