Join the Bomberman Brothers for a thrilling mix of maze-based action, competitive battles, and a story-driven adventure in Super Bomberman R 2. This physical PlayStation 4 edition combines familiar Bomberman gameplay with new ways to compete, create, and play. Key features include four distinctive battle modes: defend treasure or lead the attack in the asymmetrical Castle mode, return to classic rules in Standard, cooperate in team-based Grand Prix matches, or fight to become the last Bomber standing in Battle 64. The game also features a story mode where you travel to new planets with the Ellons and confront a threat to the universe, as well as a stage editor where you can design Castle stages using blocks and gameplay elements, then share them online. You can also compete with family and friends on one console using additional compatible controllers, or join online play to participate in ranked matches or create rooms with customised modes and rules. Online features require an internet connection and a PlayStation Plus subscription.
